Cake Conversations has been operating on the Sunshine Coast since 2008.

Behind the name is me! Emma. I'm a qualified Pastry Chef and completed my training between Brisbane and Melbourne. After working for many years in Hotels, restaurants and small patisseries I have moved back to the Sunshine Coast where I was born and raised.

Before moving back to the Coast I spent one year learning from a very talented Cake Decorator known in the field throughout the world. While there I learnt all of the finer details of sugar flowers, finishes, modelling and design.

I love the creativity of cake decorating and the fact that no two cakes are the same. I also enjoy the individuality and design, creating a style to suit the occasion.
